At Assouline, we strive for excellence in every order; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure all products are returned in their original, pristine condition with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Assouline account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box, including the completed return form and ensuring any fragile luxury goods are properly secured.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your original package to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
